Club Partnerships and Coaching

Need some extra support? An extra pair of eyes? New ideas to energise your coaching sessions? Successful club partnerships have been set up with Crown Wood CC, Littlewick Green CC, Purley on Thames CC and Henley CC. John Cartledge, Chairman, Crown Wood CC “As a result of a grant from Berkshire Community Foundation, Performance Cricket have been providing coaching to the youth section of Crown Wood Cricket Club.  Players aged between 8 and 12 are benefiting from the coaching programs provided during April to July to help them progress their cricketing abilities. Crown Wood Cricket Club are very appreciative of the support they are receiving from Performance Cricket"

Martin Bishop, Chairman and Junior Co-ordinator, Purley on Thames CC “Performance Cricket have been partners with Purley on Thames CC for several years running successful half term and summer holiday courses at the club.  Feedback from participants has been highly appreciative .  The Club is further utilising Performance Cricket resources and coaches to run a "Developing Players Programme" at the club to raise playing skills and ability levels of Club Junior players.”

“Chris has coached at Henley CC for the last few years and enjoyed considerable success.  He is firmly committed to the development of young people as cricketers and the further advancement of more senior players at Premiership level.  He has recently joined an elite band of those who have achieved the ECB’s Level 4 coaching certificate.  In early 2009, around 80 coaches had achieved the Level 4 accreditation worldwide. This speaks volumes for his initiative and commitment.”
