John Neville1. Current Coaching Environment: Coaching at Henley Cricket Club to players aged 6-11. Coaching at 2 Primary schools in Henley to players aged 7-11. 2. Years as a qualified coach: I am a relatively inexperienced coach as I only received my UKCC Level 2 in March 2009. I am always willing to learn from others around me and what I lack in experience I more than make up for in passion and energy. 3. Favourite part of being a coach: Seeing my passion for game transferred into the kids so they can grow up not only playing a high standard of cricket but enjoying it too. 4. Champagne Coaching Moment: Seeing a young player taking a high catch to win a high catch competition that came down with snow on it, while coaching with my fellow coach Chris Johnson. 5. Coaching Qualification: UKCC Level 2 6. Ambitions for Coaching: My short term ambitions are to work with as many different coaches and players as possible to help me gain valuable experience for the future. My long term ambitions are to continue coaching as regualarly as possible and move up the coaching ladder. 7. Philosophy of Coaching: The key to coaching is fun! If a child has learn 1 or 2 points while enjoying themselves then the coach has done their job.
